This is a picture of William M. "Willie" Edwards (1870-1914) with his first girlfriend (Her name was not written on the back of the picture.). Willie later married Mary Pos Matthews (1870-1949) and had six children: Wildia Edwards, Ruby Edwards, Josie F. Edwards, Lulie E. Edwards, Pearl Edwards, Len Edwards. His death certificate stated he died as a result of being kicked by a plow.
